Waiting Quests

I have not been able to collect on the waiting quests for a few days now. All requirements have been met. Green bar has been full, just no where to collect. Also no possibility to "pay" the amount of resources to finish waiting quests.

You can not finish a waiting quest. it is exactly that. you must finish the quest you have currently before you can do that one. If per say its a guild quest then all of your guildies must finish theirs to complete that days daily quest then the waiting quest becomes available to be finished
