cant go beyond lvl 14

yea i cant add settlers since im at 50/50 to advance quests...upgraded mayor hose and storage and still cant add over 50...been days and cant complete any more quests and ready to quit this!...

you need to build residences. They are what gives space for settlers, not storagehouses and mayor's house

You need more housing.. The settlers need a place to live, Count how many houses you have and how many your house holds. Then figure out how many more you need. Sometimes upgrading is better than building if your low on building permits...Have fun and don't quit now... It's to much fun..

You need more housing. Try upgrading a few of your houses. Becareful not to use up all your building permits

I've got the same issue, except I can't build residences because I'm at lvl14 and I can't get past it in order to build a residence. Catch 22.

I have the same problem, I cannot finish the " lookout for the tools quest. It is the having a production value of at least 0 for coal and bronze for 12 hrs ( which I seem to have ) that is keeping me from level 15

same problem with "look out for the tools quest" broken, its coal and copper oar not going green for me. so i can't lvl up to 15.

I broke things loose with the next level. Jumped 3 levels in the past hour and now have residences. so.....never mind.
