Several quests that won't unlock

I am level 29(edit: i am now 32) and some of my quests seem to be stuck.

-System function: To reposition buildings quest-not only do I have a provision house I have actually moved it twice.
-Tool Production: Look out for the tools quest-I have 2 bronze weapon smiths and meet the lvl req to unlock.
-The battle: The Garrison, Weapons, The Barracks quest-I have completed The general, To produce bronze swords, and getting ready for battle quests which are the pre reqs for these but they are still not unlocked even though I meet the level req.
-First strike units:The Calvary quest-I have completed "new stables" quest.

On a possibly unrelated note my guild quests are stuck in "waiting quests" even though I do not have a daily quest.

Edit#1: I now have additional stuck quests for a super awesome grand total of 6.
-Militia
-My brother Theodore

Edit#2:.....................8 stuck quests now.
-Neither fish nor fowl
-Ranged units

I am now level 32 as well

Now in addition to the quests posted in the first post I now have two addition quests stuck.

Sorry to hear that Itzala. That's exactly how mine look and with my updates we now share several of the same quests(Militia and First Strike). This is a very frustrating bug for new players and I hope they get it sorted out before we all quit.

I have more stuck quests to add to the list.

I have problem with the free the home zone quest. Sent ticket several weeks ago and still no answer. That sucks!

I have a bunch of stuck quests too. No idea how to unlock them.

I have several stuck as well- I've leveled up 10 times and they are still locked. I haven't sent a ticket- obviously these "bug" forums aren't checked. Annoying.
