How Do I get an Exotic Wood Cutter?

I don't see it in the building menu options. Maybe I'm just suffering from Christmas Blindness? Can someone screen shot how to get one for me?

it's in the 4th tab of your construction menu

and it's not actually a cutter (since you can't harvest exotic wood), it's a sawmill ....

You can only get exotic wood as a loot reward from adventures or from sending your scouts/explorers out on long or very long treasure hunts. You would then build Exotic Wood Sawmills to turn the logs into planks . I hope that clarifies everything for you.
