More Damage Quest Own at least one Longbow maker

This quest keeps popping up as a new quest every time I log in as well as when I am playing the game. I own a long bow maker but can't claim the rewards. My friends are having the same issue. Is there a fix for this?

I placed a ticket about this over 2 months ago and never got a response. Is that what happens with this game?

So here we are, literally years later from when this error first started for many, and this error is STILL not solved? I totally understand that this was not a high priority. But at this point, the nuisance level of YEARS of having to deal with this error is taking it's toll. Why can't we get anyone to even look at it, post a message about it, anything?

The reason I am not inclined to pay actual money towards this game, is because of this error. It makes me think the company does not care about customer service. Which means a much worse error could happen in the future, and I can expect the same lack of service. I am not going to trust a company with my money, if they cannot address issues that crop up.

The issue with the quest "More Damage" is a known issue and there is actually a fix planned for next week's patch! Stay tuned to our Patch Notes for confirmation of when this fix is implemented.
