Cannot get into game

the home page does not appear properly, no place to click play now, all i get is a long list of countries and the news that is normally there, but it is not in the normal format but in a long list. I cannot get into my game. If not logged in, cannot get into this forum as the login is not working either. I was already logged in fortunately so could apprise BB of this issue, others were not so lucky. Please help me get back into my game on Ares server.

Hmm, it sounds like your computer may not have downloaded the website properly; could you please try clearing your cookies and cache? If that doesn't work, please try another browser.

Hi,i am having the same problem. Finally got the home page to come up so that i could log in but when i went to the BB download it was a white screen, nothing happened, have clearded my cache and tried 3 different browsers, nothing has worked. It has been over 18hr since i got kicked out of settlers, would really like to get back in please

i have the same problem only with the zeus server. i can get to the home page and log in but when i press "play now" i get a white screen.

it is now 21hrs since i have been able to get into the game. I have cleared cache and cookies, i have tried 3 different browsers, i have unistalled and reinstalled both Flash and Shockwave, nothing has changed, back to not being able to bring home page up except as a list, cannot click "play now" because it is not there. Even when it was there for a very short time, i could not get past the load page as all i got was a blank white page. My husband, who also plays in here is having the same problem, even though our computers are not on a network together, have different operating systems and different computers. Why is this happening? the rest of the web sites we have tried are working fine. it is just this one.
