Can't get into game, please help

for the last 18hrs, have not been able to log into game. Home page would not work. Finally got home page up and managed to log in but now all i get is a white screen, the BB load will not come up, have tried different browsers and cleared my cache a number of times. Someone told me what it means when you get a totally white screen but cannot remember what i need to do. If anyone knows please let me know. Thanks
