Not able to play the game. (BB pleas read)

I was finally able to "log in" but still canot play the game. When i click on the "play now" button a blank screen pops up and nothing happens. I have sent in a ticket and no one has given me any usefull information or any feed back on whats going on. Is the problem being fixed? I have done the 4 recomended steps BB told me to do and still nothing works. Pleas help me BB, i would like to play TSO and enjoy playing. it has been well over 24 hours sence i have been able to play and i just spent $$$$ on the game. Pleas dont make me regret spending my $$$ on Gems.

It has been over 36hrs for me since i was able to get into my game. I also buy gems and am a paying customer. I guess BB just doesn't care if we can get in or not. I am able to log in once a day for a few minutes and then my home page will not let me login again. When i do manage to login all I get is a white screen on my load page when i click "Play Now". This is very frustrating especially when i get no reply to my ticket. I have also done all the steps that BB suggests. You would think when they had paying customers complaining they would at least try to appear as if they care.

I know you have tickets open, but maybe some of us can help you. What browser do you use? What is your internet connection?

i use internet explorer and also have google chrome to use and i am connected with rogers.

What is Rodgers? Cable or DSL or what?
This game will work on lower connections, but the load time is much longer and often you will need to refresh a bunch of times to get it to load right. Shockwave is really flaky, so Chrome is probably the best option, but you have to make sure the Chrome is the latest version, empty the chrome browser cache, close the browser and open it again to get a fresh download of the game files.
Unfortunately, once you have a log in issue, you will have to repeat this.
Do you by any chance run under a proxy?
I seem to remember some folks having issues with Rodgers as a provider, but I don't think it was this game.

WOW. i finally got loged in again and still can not play the game. Rogers is high speed internet and i dont run under a proxy. ever sence maitence i have not been able to play. this really sucks. bb keeps telling me to send in more screen shot of home page, witch has been a huge waist of time. the next time i am able to log in again i well check this forum again to see if bb has even replyed to me. Once again when i press "play now" a white screen pops up and nothing happens.
