"un-answered support ticket"
I sent an email to tech support about a Golden Parrot buff I spent 75 Gems on but did not get the buff. As of tonight, I have not heard anything from tech support. Not even an email acknowledging the support ticket.
Can someone please help?

All support tickets go to your personal email... not ingame. Make sure to check your junk folder as well, it may have been filtered out. Hopefully you will hear something soon

hi Galaxia , and i told her the same thing, and to post here and maybe a BB would contact her, sometimes the ticket responses dont go through, ive had a couple i had to contact a BB so they could tell me the response that was sent back to me
