Flora decorations

I know this isn't much of a suggestion (or a serious game changing one), but thought that perhaps this could add to flora around Settlers.

I was browsing around Stealing From the Rich when I noticed a tree out of the ordinary that looked like a perfect island decoration. Can't recall ever being able to spot it in the past, but perhaps it's something that could be used in the future. So I took a quick picture to better illustrate what I'm speaking of.



Not sure how far suggestions can go, but I just thought I'd throw that out there. Perhaps in time I'll add more to the thread. Keep in mind the two trees pointed out in the above picture are already on your island, but having them in the decoration shop would at least allow us to customize where we would want them.

I'd like to see more island decorations period. One can only do so much with a couple flowers and statues.

BIGGER decorations would be sweet. A lot of the current ones are too small to really be noticed.
As examples, you could add things like:
A livestock pen
shrine
Mayor's house add-ons/expansions
More things to go with the dark/witch castle- small swamp, lava pit, spike barricades, creepy shack...
more large statues

There should be more small decorations too:
big ol' bale of hay
decrepit boat
coal carts
all sorts of different flowers of different sizes and colors
beer vendor stall =)
wooden table and chairs to go next to said beer stall
etc etc

Just throwing some crazy stuff out there.

I've always wanted some of those braziers you find in some adventure islands.

an item i would personally love to see added is the bone church you see on dark priests and old friends, prefferable lootable from an adventure. i would also love it if the bone church wasnt just decor, but perhaps adds population as the other lootable buildings do, or perhaps it could add to settler income as the schools do. i think it looks cool, but i'd probly just sell it if it was nothing but extra decor, as im sure there would be a huge market for it when it 1st comes out

We were just discussing in guild chat how flowers and signposts are too boring, so I thought I'd bring some of their suggestions here...

-small mound of corpses
-heads on pikes
-gallows
-guillotine
-piles of resources (for those boring gaps near mines and such)
-racks/piles of weapons
-small snack vendor

None of these have to be bigger than one of the little flower beds or possess any animation. Just to add a little more flavor, since after a certain point everyone's island looks the same, just with different building chains in different sectors.

All great deco ideas.... but I think I have seen a tree like the one you pointed out on the home island somewhere... Ill have to check to make sure.

Yes, those leafless trees are on home island. Secotr 9 is full of them and then there are various others dotted around your island.
