UI Enhancement - Buliding List

I would love to have a "Building List" which would show all the buildings (possibly in categories) that are currently on your island and their level and if they are currently working/out of resources.

You could then use this list and buff your buildings from it, just as if you had click the building itself.

Visitors to your island could also see this list, and use it to buff, instead of having to hunt down what sector your bakeries are in
