I am very sorry to hear that this hasn't been resolved yet! That said, I am looking at a ticket right now where our Customer Support Team had been discussing the issue with your guildy, including several back and forth questions. We do occasionally have an issue with our ticket responses not reaching players, and attempt to contact them in game once a message has been bounced back, but it is not so in this case. If the latest fix we attempted on their account did not work, could you please have them reply to the ticket again or send in a new one? We never received an answer as to if it resolved the issue or not...obviously this thread makes me think it did not!
