Thread: Is anyone else having the problem where none of your chat tabs are showing?

    Exclamation Is anyone else having the problem where none of your chat tabs are showing?

    This includes the global, guild, help and whisper capabilities tabs.

    I have a guildy "SeanAndrews" who has had this problem for a month. He submitted a ticket at the start and has been sending update emails to that original ticket regularly seeking to get support feedback on it getting fixed. We've tried many things to no avail.

    Ticket#US-2012122612000911

    Thus far he has only got the initial automatic email response to the original ticket but nothing more.

    Anyone else seen this problem?

    Inputs welcome, suggestions welcome, solutions will make us ecstatic!

    Thanks In Advance! Especially to BB if they can solve this quickly, it's horrible to be in a guild for a long time and then be put into isolation.

    POSSIBLE SOLUTION FOR OTHERS!!!

    Update: I asked the player to try the "Comodo Dragon" browser (based upon Chrome) but more efficient and suddenly all the chat tabs game back on!

    WOW, not even a response from BB yet?? thats weak, we need our guildy back, please help BB!!!!

    I am very sorry to hear that this hasn't been resolved yet! That said, I am looking at a ticket right now where our Customer Support Team had been discussing the issue with your guildy, including several back and forth questions. We do occasionally have an issue with our ticket responses not reaching players, and attempt to contact them in game once a message has been bounced back, but it is not so in this case. If the latest fix we attempted on their account did not work, could you please have them reply to the ticket again or send in a new one? We never received an answer as to if it resolved the issue or not...obviously this thread makes me think it did not!

    Thanks for the quick response!

    I've let him know via in-game mail about this forum thread etc. I can tell you it is still not working though for him as of about 10 minutes ago. From my perspective in the guild, his green light does not appear and if I try to whisper him, it says he is offline.

    I've asked him to reply to your post.

    I'll be glad to have a PM conversation with him, copying/pasting the ticket responses if he is not receiving them.

    I think he might've gone offline as he hasn't answered my in-game mail but i'll have him do a forum PM to you asap.

    Wow, I sure hope BB decides to make sure he is well compensated for all the troubles he is having. That's not right it has not been fixed yet, but glad Meesherbeans is now looking into it.

    Come on, BB's help fix this issue, so we can get our guildie back.

    BB, yes we can engage him via in-game email - very tedious and time consuming, especially when we are trying to include him in guild activities. I am totally bolstered by his perseverance! This has been going on for so long. Many would have given up by now. We really need to help him regain his functionality in the game.

    Thank you for looking into this and its eventual resolution!

    He came to us with this in mid December if i recall, cant believe his entire chat interface has not been fixed, please work to resolve this issue.
