Attack: reduces all recruits, militia and soldiers attack point to Zero
Special ability: Tele-Marketing, the ability to instantly exchange weapons with the enemy
Quote: “I joined the army for the adventures and here they give me a stick to fight with, it still has leaves on!! OH and here comes the enemy.”

Attack: repels 75% of the enemy recruits. The other 25% really think it is Vinnie’s cousin Horrorifix.
Special ability: Tele-Phoney, the ability to instantly create illusionary beasts to scare off the enemy recruits.
Quote: “What the!!!! It’s got three heads, nine eyes, ugly as my cousin Horrorifix and its coming straight at us. Guys, I’m going for a brew, good luck keeping up with me.”

HP: enemy is crest-fallen - hit point reduces by 50%
Attack: discourages enemy troops – attack reduced by 50%
Special ability: Tele-Vangelist, the ability to demoralize the enemy troops by spreading interesting prophesies about their near future.
Quote: “What? What did she say? I‘m going to where? Valhalla? Is that an inn? The Hall of the slain? What. No darn way!”

Are we allowed to use artwork that we ourselves draw? You say no 3rd party and no IPs (I see quite a bit of both). I was just wondering if our own artwork is acceptable for both this and other currently running contests.

I sure hope so! I have drawn my entries for this contest and the ad one and no one has said anything. I don't see why it wouldn't be ok.

You are most certainly allowed to use artwork that you have drawn, yourself! The rule is to keep people from using non-Ubisoft imagery (like Mario, Mass Effect, or God of War) more than anything.
