I was given a 10 Building Licenses as a reward from battle to complete my Claim new lands/Building licenses quest and when I used it on my Mayor's house, nothing happened and it didn't work. The 10 Building Licenses is gone from my star menu. Quest is still incomplete. Please help! Thank you very much
