The vet gen has been available since last easter.. you can buy him from the merchant for 4999 gems.. You are allowed a max of two of these. One from the easter event and one from the merchant, or two from the merchant, if you got the vet gen from last year's easter event you will not be eligible to get him again this year.
The experienced explorer will not be available after the easter event expires, he is event specific.
i think what hes asking is if you'll still be able to use the experienced explorer and vet after the event is over, which the answer to is yes. i have my experienced explorer from last year, only fast explorer i have. very excited to be able to get a 2nd one =)
