Granted you Sons of Veld is easier, but instead of fighting, they now throw you tea parties, and play parlor games, therefore making you unable to conquer them. I wish I had more Coal Manufactures.

Granted but now your island's air is choked with coal smog and your peasants are getting ill. I wish I had a buff that would poke my generals' horses in their patoots to make them move faster.

Granted but the puppy grows up to be vicious and bites a settler. I wish I had some cattle.

Granted. And now that your horses are faster you complete twice as many adventures and their shoes wear out and can't even walk anymore. I wish I had an orchard that produced fruit baskets on their own.

Granted. You have all the gold coins your storage can hold, but they are worthless since new adventures brought us goods from exotic lands to trade.
