May seem like a simple guide, but I believe it will be helpful to many players (plus I wanted to use the forums smilies again)

Reources:

Pine Logs
Hardwood Logs
Exotic Logs
Wheat

* I have seen people confuse various logs, ores and bars for each other, but there are very distinct differences. Hope the little pics help

Weapons:

*Each weapon is used for a different troop type (Troop types dicussed at end of the post)

*These materials are used either in the initial building process or in upgrading all buildings

Troop Types:

- Ill split this into 3 sections
-Melee
-Bowmen
-Other

Melee:

Recruit

Militia

Soldier

Elite Soldier


Bowmen

Bowman

Longbowman

Crossbowman


Other
Cavalry

Cannoneer

General

He leads your troops to battle. Cannot die, only wounded.
Reg Gen... 4 hour recovery time, 200 troops, 30 min adventure travel time
Battle Hardened Gen... 2 hour recovery time, 200 troops, 15 min adventure travel time
Reaper Gen... 2 hour recovery time, 200 troops, 15 min adventure travel time
Vet Gen... 2 hour recovery time, 250 troops, 15 min adventure travel time

I had this pointed out to me, the hw log and ewood log icon is the same... I told BB... I hope that get that fixed soon so I can fix this guide to be 100% accurate!

good post jethro. just 1 correction. hover your mouse over the general during any battle replay, he does have stats, and actually does fight during every round of battle, provided there are still enemies for him to attack when it gets to his turn

hitpoints: 1
damage: 120-120
accuracy: 80%
initiative: normal
