unable to enter game

I was on early this morning and went to get back on around 10 AM EST and I get to where the outline for the 'Tip of that day' box is and the game fails to finish to load. I've checked all three browsers on my computer; preferred chrome and Firefox and the substitute to check Explorer. But all three fail at same point. Java, Flash and Shock wave are all up to date and my system is virus free. The only difference that happened with the system was a reboot to finish installing ITunes latest version which should have no effect on TSO.

So far there has been suggestions from support either. So are there any suggestions from the community at what might be causing my issue?

did you clear your browser and flash caches? and was the game up when you installed ITunes? might've caused an issue, but i cant say for sure.

i had log in issues at 1 point, nothing i did fixed it till i did a system restore. if all else fails, try that maybe
