well since I play solo with very few friends these quests will not be attainable. For examiple one quest you have to have friend buff 50 buildings. I understand they want to encourage social interaction, but making it a requirement to do quests doesn't seem right. But I'm in a definite minority.

To each his own way of playing. In my case being a member of a great guild really helps when doing quests of all kinds. Our guild members work together on quests to get them done quickly and at minimum cost.
