Let me respectfully disagree with you. If the issue was LAGGING, the general would **stop*** and then jump forward as the lag recovers and the game timing difference (between the server and the client) caused by the lag is re-synced. Or, depending on how the client is programed, the general would move forward at the timing the CLIENT expected and when the server "unlagged" then the difference would be minimal.
But the case we are watching here is the general actually jumping ahead of their normal timing. This could be called REVERSE LAG, which -of course- is impossible unless time travel has recently been invented by BB. Something is very strange with the programing and the internal game timer.
