Just a quick question: Some of you said that they read tru the quest chains and decided to drop the quest. How do you read the subsequent objectives in the quest chains?

friend sent me one more bandit nest as a gift (and since I didn't cancelled the adv) I did it today. Guess what? For the fifth time - no dam granite! i should gave up after 2nd adv. I want my 800 map frags back now!!!!
200 map frags is too much for me, so 500 is just nuts! i know someone in our guild that did motherly love 8th times before granite finally showed up!
You should have put quest that is searchable or give it to us as you did in the x-mas guest. Or at least make probability to find granite higher, NOT LOWER like I suspect you did. Not cool to force people to spend money. It can backfire on you BB team.
I cancelled the quest when it asked me to build an expert building. I do not have gold or granite to use on buildings that I do not yet have a use for.
Carriages are bad enough as a couple of our members make them but it's rough if too many need them. Most Quests give poor returns and are frustrating and time consuming.
If I were working, I would never do one.
Ran "Island of the Pirates" three times, without obtaining granite. Given that I'm getting stuck on subquest five of ten, I really don't want to invest additional resources to continue. If I run across another IotP quest I may run it to see what I get, but I don't feel like expending map frags to get another.
I quit after completing the first 9 sub-quests. I was willing to produce the advanced weapons and gather whatever else was needed. I did Surprise Attack once (or rather found someone skilled in triple-blocks to do it) and got Titanium ore. At that point, I decided to cut my losses. I didn't get the final reward, but I have experienced the entire quest, and I am not going to continue blowing 500 map fragments at a clip, while rolling the dice and hoping for granite. If I wanted to do that, I would go to a casino and have more fun at the craps table.
If you decide to create more quests like this, in which if a player does everything right, then there is only X% chance that they will complete the quest, I can tell you right now there is zero (0) per cent chance that I will bother doing the quest.
Yes, there is supposed to be an element of chance in this game; that's why we get saltpeter sometimes, and granite other times. But the completion of a long quest should not be left up to the flip of a coin. If you want us to run a long adventure three or four times, then that's what they quest should call for, not keep doing it over and over and hope you get the right loot.
Hey Crazy,
I don't mean to be rude or anything. If you are in a guild, maybe you can find someone to split your SA's with. It would have given you better odds and chances. I see people in Global-1 offering and/or asking for Loot Spots on SA's. I have personally run 2 and have tagged in another. I was lucky enough to get Granite on the second one. I would strongly suggest in NOT cancelling it. You made it this far. One more ADV to go, the reward is there for you. I am not trying to offend, the drop rate on Granite on SA is only like 33%, so doing one, well you know. Ask someone to swap with you and give it another go. Plus SA is a great adv. If only BB would remove the cap for some, SA would be a great ADV for the higher levels.
Sorry you are having a tough time. I know someone who took over 7 times to get Granite on ML. It's tuff, but hang in there.

I am running my 2nd SA right now. I will finish it tomorrow. I can sell the LS or swap for another SA lootspot, if anyone is interested, contact me in game.
