What do you do if it's been more than 48 hours?

After 2 years of game play, I was blocked access because they didn't like my screen name.. I was not aware I was breaking any rule, but the notice said I could change screen name and resume play..

"Your access to the game has been blocked for the following reason:

Your username was deemed inappropriate according to our Terms of Service, namely advertising a non-Ubisoft website. Please send in a ticket to our support team (http://www.thesettlersonline.net/help-and-support) with five alternate name options. They will be happy to change your name to an appropriate one, so that you may continue to play The Settlers Online."

I did not know I was breaking a rule, so I complied and sent in a list of 5 names 48 hour ago, and have not got a responce. Do I resend it, or keep waiting? I lost my log in cycle at 6 days, and am about to lose the quest I was in..

    (p.s., someone tell frostduster i'm blocked...lol)

Our records show that a ticket was sent to you.
Send in a ticket to support with 5 names of your choosing that don't violate the Terms of Service or Code of Conduct.
The first name that is available from your list will be your new name.

Thank you for your responce. I did check my email, but only had my confirm report. (check spam as well, didn't see it) If it was changed to just NeedGod, I will try to log in under my old password.

    Much thanks..
