    What up with the chat server it wont connect, I sent in a support ticket and got No response

    Try refreshing. If that doesn't work then you have to rely on support which is not a guaranteed fix.

    One of my guild mates has been suffering with the chat problem for 3 weeks. Support has not done anything so far. It is time for someone at BB to take this problem seriously.
