i am having problems with the milita(Milita), and tactician(first strike units) quest. My problem that i have is that i no longer have any bandits on my home zone to fight to complete the quest. is there any thing that can be done?

I am having this issue also.
quest chain = first strike units
subquest = tactician
defeat a bandit camp on your home zone using 50 or more cavalry
I have not had any bandit camps on my island for many months so i'm unable to complete this quest.
