Since the roll back, I have had some issues with my adventure slots.
Initially, I could not start an adventure, but I could accept invites. I submitted a ticket and posted here. Not long after, I was suddenly able to start an adventure but was unable to accept adventure invites. I would get the email, and then get the 'refresh client' pop up if I clicked accept. I did all of the clearing and tried this using multiple computers with the same result. I created a new ticket.
Periodically, I would ask a guild member to send me an invite so I could see if this was fixed yet. Nothing has changed.
A couple of days ago, I got a loot email as if I had completed an Island of the Pirates adventure, even though I had not run one. I immediately thought that this might have been the clog in the drain! Now, if I get an invitation to join an adventure, the accept button is grayed out and it says I am already doing the max number of adventures. This is the same whether I am working on an adventure or not. I can start an adventure, and then there are two adventures in my quest log. A real one and this phantom Island of the Pirates.
So, now I have an Island of the Pirates adventure with an expiration date of 10 days. As you can see from the attached screen shot, I can not Cancel. If I Visit, it says this adventure has expired and it goes away - but not really. If I refresh, there it is. Checking the details, Dusty-Zombie is currently on this adventure.

I have hopes that this latest was a step in the right direction and that one day, I will be able to start an adventure, invite others to my adventures and to be invited to others adventures. I have no idea if anyone is looking at this since I have heard nothing one way or the other via in game or normal email.
