Do you keep inactive buildings?

I have 3 hardwood buildings sitting inactive should I delete them or keep them. (Got that hardwood balanced now. )

if you have your hardwood balanced with those buildings being off, then i would delete them. also, if you want to check out my hardwood setup, i have one in sector 3 on my island that is 1:1 cutter:forester ratio.
