Slightly difficult question... Global and Help chat can't answer.
So, a situation arose where I was trying to settle the rest of my 75 daily buffs (increments of 25 because of basket production stacks)
I have a remaining of 35 buildings that I want to devote to toolmaking. This will always be double buffed so we would be looking at Copper Smelters producing enough to fund for 2 Toolmakers per. Now, the problem is the remaining tiles available. There are a total of 16 [16] second travel times, and a total of 19 [20] second travel times. How many copper smelters in the [16] second travel time and in the [20] second travel time to balance things out perfectly?

1 Smelter = 2 Tool [ratio for even dispersion]
6minutes=360seconds ... 360+32=392 ; 360+40 = 400 (8 second difference per cycle in production time causes a difference of 1056 tools per day)
16/3=5 remainder 1 [16s lots evenly dispersed]
19/3=18 remainder 1 [20s lots evenly dispersed]
16*16=256 [total time of the 16 second walktime]
19*20=380 [total time of the 20second walktime]
