Cannot Enter Game After Login

After I login and click on play now it hangs on the loading screen of the guy with the hammer. This has been happening for a couple of days now and I was wondering if there is anything being done or I could do to fix this. Please any response from the higher ups would be greatly appreciated as I would love to get back to playing. My farms need fields!! lol

I did manage to get in game myself... but it took nearly an hour.

Now I'm not sure if I want to log out... I'm worried I might have the same problem tomorrow.

It's not my internet, I have a fibre optics connection so it's really fast and other sites are working fine.

Day three and problem persists and also no word from Devs or BB's. Starting to wonder where all the money I sank into this went...
