I keep getting asked this, so I'll post it here.

    Blocking:

    Simply read this.

That thread has a nice blocking tutorial of you scroll down.

It also has an area on blocking time per round, which is great if you want to make your own blocks. Keep in mind that a fast general (BHG, Grim Reaper, Vet) fights twice as fast as a normal one. However, they march at the same pace.

The countdown time is also separated into rounds as follows:

First, each of your troops is reduced to one. If you end up with 20 surviving Soldiers, it will count as one Soldier.
Second, each of those one troops attacks the camp. Cannoneers have their damage doubled against all camps, but not against other units. This includes your general.

An example: 1 General, 1 Elite Soldier, 30 Cavalry, 60 Crossbowmen left standing, bandit camp.

    Round 1:
General does 120 damage (130 HP left for camp)
Crossbowman does 45-90 damage (40-95 HP left for camp)
Elite Soldier does 20-40 damage (0-75 HP left for camp)
Cavalry does 5-10 damage (0-70 HP left for camp)

Now, the fight will go on to a second round if the camp does not have 0 HP left.

    Round 2:
General does 120 damage (0 HP left)

And thus the demolition for this camp will last 1-2 rounds, or 20-40 seconds for normal general.

HP numbers for different enemy camps:
    Regular camps: 250
    Watchtower: 1000
    Reinforced Watchtower: 1500
    Stone tower: 2000
    White castle: 250
    Witch tower: 2000
    Bone church: 2000
    Dark castle: 2000

In order to make a foolproof block, you must make sure that your main general can walk to the leader and finish the fight BEFORE the blocking general finishes his fight. If the countdown timer shows, the fight is not yet over and instead will last some 40 seconds more (in a well-designed block).

For a normal bandit camp, or, more importantly, a bandit leader, if you need a one-round demolish, you will need:
    1K+1(R/M/S/E/B/LB/XB), OR 1XB+1LB+1R+1(B/M/S/E)+1(B/M/S/E) OR 1LB+1B+1E+1S+1M+1R+1C

For a White Castle, the same is needed.

For more advanced buildings, play around with this simulator.

"By arms we cannot achieve victory, but by arms we can give our ring-bearer his only chance." -Gandalf, in Lord of the Rings

    Troop totals:

Special note: If you don't have Crossbows, don't even try this. Not worth your time. Setups for Longbows are only included to point this out.

One normal general, with Crossbowmen, no blocks:
    Troops needed, max: 360R 287B 192M 110C 1S 199XB
    Troops lost, max: 360R 287B 192M

Three normal generals, with Crossbowmen, using four round blocks:
    Troops needed, max: 213R 287B 151M 221C 176S 199XB
    Troops lost, max: 213R 287B 151M

One Battle Hardened General, one Any General, and two normal generals, with Crossbowmen, using four round blocks:
    Troops needed, max: 95R 287B 144M 249C 236S 199XB
    Troops lost, max: 95R 287B 144M

    Garrison Position G1 (BLOCK):

First, kill Camps 1 and 2.

    Camp 1: 100 Karls, 50 Valkyries
    46R 1S 63C 90LB (38R - 42R - 46R)
    2R 1S 66C 131XB (0 - 0 - 2R)

    Camp 2: 50 Karls, 75 Valkyries
    5R 1S 100C 94LB (0 - 0 - 5R)
    110C 90XB (0)

    Position A: NORMAL General
    Position B: NORMAL General
    Position C: BATTLE HARDENED General

For the block, send all generals right after each other.

IMPORTANT: General A must be sent to Camp 4 and intercepted by Camp 3. Otherwise, the Trap will intercept.

    Camp 4: 50 Housecarls, 100 Thralls (Camp 3)
    BLOCKING NORMAL General A: 118S 8C (180-300 seconds, 0.05% chance of 160 seconds)

    Camp 4: 50 Housecarls, 50 Thralls, 25 Valkyries
    BLOCKING NORMAL General B: 40S 160C (200-360 seconds)

    Camp 5: 75 Housecarls, 50 Valkyries, 5 Berserks
    BATTLE HARDENED General C: 57R 1S 35C 107LB (41R - 49R - 57R) (40-50 seconds)
    BATTLE HARDENED General C: 37R 1S 61C 101XB (24R - 30R - 37R) (40 seconds)

The marching time of General C, from the time that General a starts his battle, is about 120 seconds. The first block only lasts 160 seconds 0.05% of the time. Block at your own risk.

If you do not want to (or cannot) use the above block, first kill Camp 3.

IMPORTANT: Your attack must be sent to Camp 4 and intercepted by Camp 3. Otherwise the trap will intercept.
IMPORTANT: MAKE SURE TO RETREAT AFTER CAMP 3 DIES.

    Camp 4: 50 Housecarls, 100 Thralls (Camp 3)
    43R 1S 156LB (35R - 39R - 43R)
    30R 1S 169XB (15R - 23R - 30R)

Now, do the block with Generals B and C. C can now be ANY General

    Camp 4: 50 Housecarls, 50 Thralls, 25 Valkyries
    BLOCKING NORMAL General B: 40S 160C (200-360 seconds)

    Camp 5: 75 Housecarls, 50 Valkyries, 5 Berserks
    ANY General C: 57R 1S 35C 107LB (41R - 49R - 57R) (80-100 seconds)
    ANY General C: 37R 1S 61C 101XB (24R - 30R - 37R) (80 seconds)

The marching time for General C, after General B starts his battle, is about 70 seconds. Thus, you have more than enough time.

If you still do not wish to block:

    Camp 4: 50 Housecarls, 50 Thralls, 25 Valkyries
    27R 1S 34C 138LB (22R - 25R - 27R)
    13R 1S 33C 153XB (1R - 7R - 13R)

    Camp 5: 75 Housecarls, 50 Valkyries, 5 Berserks
    57R 1S 35C 107LB (41R - 49R - 57R)
    37R 1S 61C 101XB (24R - 30R - 37R)

    Garrison Position G2 (BLOCK):
    Position A: NORMAL General
    Position B: NORMAL General
    Position C: BATTLE HARDENED General

For the block, send all generals right after each other.

    Camp 6: 50 HouseCarls, 75 Karls
    BLOCKING NORMAL General A: 109S 90C (160-280 seconds)

    Camp 7: 50 HouseCarls, 50 Karls, 50 Valkyries
    BLOCKING NORMAL General B: 73S 127C (180-300 seconds)

    Camp 8: 10 Jomsvikings, 100 Housecarls, 50 Valkyries
    BATTLE HARDENED General C: 18R 49M 1S 35C 97LB (18R 38M - 18R 43M - 18R 49M) (50 seconds)
    BATTLE HARDENED General C: 14R 32M 1S 32C 121XB (14R 20M - 14R 26M - 14R 32M) (40-50 seconds)

Marching time for General C is about 100 seconds from where A starts his battle.

If you do not want to (or cannot) do the block, kill Camp 6.

    Camp 6: 50 HouseCarls, 75 Karls
    66B 134LB (57B - 61B - 66B)
    40R 1S 159XB (11R - 26R - 40R)

If you have a Battle Hardened General, or if you have Crossbows, try the following one-way block, using Generals B and C:

    Camp 7: 50 HouseCarls, 50 Karls, 50 Valkyries
    BLOCKING NORMAL General B: 73S 127C (180-300 seconds)

    Camp 8: 10 Jomsvikings, 100 Housecarls, 50 Valkyries
    BATTLE HARDENED General C: 18R 49M 1S 35C 97LB (18R 38M - 18R 43M - 18R 49M) (50 seconds)
    ANY General C: 39M 1S 32C 128XB (28M - 34M - 39M) (80 seconds)

If you still do not want to block, kill the camps one by one.

    Camp 7: 50 HouseCarls, 50 Karls, 50 Valkyries
    35M 1S 55C 109LB (27M - 30M - 35M)
    64R 1S 58C 77XB (51R - 57R - 64R)

    Camp 8: 10 Jomsvikings, 100 Housecarls, 50 Valkyries
    18R 49M 1S 35C 97LB (18R 38M - 18R 43M - 18R 49M)
    14R 32M 1S 32C 121XB (14R 20M - 14R 26M - 14R 32M)

    Garrison Position G3:

    Camp 9: 75 Valkyries
    1S 105C (0)

    Camp 10: 20 Jomsvikings, 50 Housecarls, 50 Valkyries, 15 Berserks
    26M 1S 64C 109LB (20M - 22M - 26M)
    42R 1S 64C 93XB (29R - 36R - 42R)

    Garrison Position G4 (BLOCK):
    Position A: NORMAL General
    Position B: NORMAL General
    Position C: ANY General
    Position D: BATTLE HARDENED General

For the block, send all generals right after each other.

    Camp 11: 75 Housecarls, 50 Karls
    BLOCKING NORMAL General A: 113S 85C (180-360 seconds)

    Camp 12: 120 Housecarls
    BLOCKING NORMAL General B: 122S 74C (160-380 seconds)

If you do not have Crossbows:
    Camp 13a: 20 Jomsvikings, 100 Housecarls, 50 Karls, 15 Berserks
    ANY General C: 165B (165B) (20 seconds)
    Camp 13b: 78-83 Housecarls, 50 Karls, 15 Berserks
    BATTLE HARDENED General D: 66M 1S 133LB (47M - 56M - 66M) (40-50 seconds)

    If you have Crossbows:
    Camp 13a: 20 Jomsvikings, 100 Housecarls, 50 Karls, 15 Berserks
    ANY General C: 89B (89B) (20 seconds)
    Camp 13b: 97-100 Housecarls, 50 Karls, 15 Berserks
    BATTLE HARDENED General D: 53M 1S 146XB (40M - 45M - 53M) (40 seconds, 0.7% chance of 50 seconds)

The walking time is about 90 seconds.

If you do not want to (or cannot) use the two-way block, first kill Camp 11.

    Camp 11: 75 Housecarls, 50 Karls
    95B 105LB (76B - 84B - 95B)
    62R 1S 137XB (48R - 56R - 62R)

    Now, use Generals B, C, and D in a one-way block:

    Camp 12: 120 Housecarls
    BLOCKING NORMAL General B: 122S 74C (160-380 seconds)

If you do not have Crossbows:
    Camp 13a: 20 Jomsvikings, 100 Housecarls, 50 Karls, 15 Berserks
    ANY General C: 165B (165B) (20 seconds)
    Camp 13b: 78-83 Housecarls, 50 Karls, 15 Berserks
    ANY General D: 66M 1S 133LB (47M - 56M - 66M) (80-100 seconds)

    If you have Crossbows:
    Camp 13a: 20 Jomsvikings, 100 Housecarls, 50 Karls, 15 Berserks
    ANY General C: 89B (89B) (20 seconds)
    Camp 13b: 97-100 Housecarls, 50 Karls, 15 Berserks
    ANY General D: 53M 1S 146XB (40M - 45M - 53M) (80 seconds, 0.7% chance of 100 seconds)

Marching time is about 40 seconds, a bit tight with normal generals.

If you do not want to block:

    Camp 12: 120 Housecarls
    92B 108LB (78B - 84B - 92B)
    56R 1S 143XB (43R - 49R - 56R)

If you do not have Crossbows:
    Camp 13a: 20 Jomsvikings, 100 Housecarls, 50 Karls, 15 Berserks
    199B (199B)
    Camp 13b: 60-70 Housecarls, 50 Karls, 15 Berserks
    44M 1S 155LB (29M - 35M - 44M)

    If you have Crossbows:
    Camp 13a: 20 Jomsvikings, 100 Housecarls, 50 Karls, 15 Berserks
    89B (89B)
    Camp 13b: 97-100 Housecarls, 50 Karls, 15 Berserks
    53M 1S 146XB (40M - 45M - 53M)

    Garrison Position G5 (BLOCK):

    First, kill Camp 14.

    Camp 14: 150 Karls
    92R 1S 107LB (70R - 81R - 92R)
    1S 199XB (0)

    Position A: NORMAL General
    Position B: ANY General
Position C: ANY General with Crossbows OR BATTLE HARDENED General

Now, for the block, send all generals right after each other.

    Camp 15: 150 Housecarls
    BLOCKING NORMAL General A: 175S 25C (180-280 seconds)

    With Crossbows:
    Camp 16a: 50 Jomsvikings, 120 Housecarls, 30 Berserks
    ANY General B: 198B (198B) (20 seconds)
    Camp 16b: 0-5 Jomsvikings, 120 Housecarls, 30 Berserkers

    BATTLE HARDENED C: 97M 1S 102LB (68M - 78M - 97M) (60 seconds)

Marching time is about 30 seconds.

If you do not want to (or cannot) use the block, then kill Camps 15 and 16 one by one.

    Camp 15: 150 Housecarls
    75M 1S 124LB (64M - 68M - 75M)
    48M 1S 151XB (33M - 40M - 48M)

    With Crossbows:
    Camp 16a: 50 Jomsvikings, 120 Housecarls, 30 Berserks
    198B (198B)
    Camp 16b: 0-5 Jomsvikings, 120 Housecarls, 30 Berserkers

Because the leader has an intercept zone (a unique feature on Nords), you don't have to block or kill camp 15. You can no-loss 14 and just continue on to 16.

The no-loss is only for Veteran generals. If you do not have a Veteran, Camps 14 and 16 must be killed separately. Thus, Camp 15 would then intercept an attack on Camp 16, unless there is another garrison position which prevents that (which I didn't find).

The reason Camp 15 does not intercept in the Veteran version is because Camp 14 intercepts first, and once the Veteran is finished there, it is already in the red zone of Camp 16 and thus Camp 15 cannot intercept.

    Victor the Vicious
    Normal general non-cannon version
If you have a fast general, or Cannoneers, but do not want to risk more blocks, follow this guide.
If you have a fast general, or Cannoneers, and you want to use all blocks, use my fast general version (coming very soon).

(I will be slowly adding Cannoneer setups to this guide.)

    Troop totals:
    follow soon

    Garrison Position G1 (BLOCK):

    First, kill Camps 1, 2, and 3:

    Camp 1: 50 Thugs, 50 Guard Dogs, 50 Rangers
    115R 85S (83R - 98R - 115R)

    Camp 2: 50 Roughnecks, 100 Rangers
    57R 1S 123C 19LB (35R - 44R - 57R)
    49R 1S 123C 27XB (28R - 37R - 49R)

    Camp 3: 100 Roughnecks, 50 Guard Dogs
    162R 38S (118R - 137R - 162R)

For the block, send all generals right after each other.

    Camp 4: 50 Roughnecks, 60 Guard Dogs, 50 Rangers
    BLOCKING General A: 7S 193C (180-260 seconds, ~7% chance of 160 seconds)
    BLOCKING General A: 6E 193C (180-260 seconds, ~1.5% chance of 160 seconds)

    If you don't have Crossbows:
    Camp 5a: 99 Roughnecks, 100 Guard Dogs, 1 One-Eyed Bert
    General C: 146R (146R) (40 seconds)
    Camp 5b: 71-82 Roughnecks, 1 One-Eyed Bert
    General D: 80R 1S 119LB (49R - 65R - 80R) (80 seconds)

    If you do have Crossbows:
    Camp 5a: 99 Roughnecks, 100 Guard Dogs, 1 One-Eyed Bert
    General C: 116R (116R) (40 seconds)
    Camp 5b: 90-98 Roughnecks, 1 One-Eyed Bert
    General D: 92R 1S 107XB (60R - 78R - 92R) (60-80 seconds)
    General D: 95R 1M 1S 1B 1LB 101XB (61R - 78R - 95R) (60 seconds)

    If you have Cannoneers:
    General C (no general D needed): 136R 15S 1E 48K (129R - 136R 6S - 136R 15S) (80 seconds)

Marching time is about 50 seconds. Thus, the block has a chance of failure, unless you have Crossbows or Cannons.

If you do not want to use the block:

    Fast general/Cannon guide.
If you don't have a fast general, and you do not have Cannons, do not use this guide. Instead, use the normal general non-cannon version.
All blocks are mandatory. If you want a non-blocking version, use the normal general non-cannon version.

    Troop totals:
    follow soon

    Garrison Position G1 (BLOCK):

First, kill Camps 1 and 2.

    Camp 1: 50 Thugs, 50 Guard Dogs, 50 Rangers
    115R 85S (83R - 98R - 115R)

    Camp 2: 50 Roughnecks, 100 Rangers
    57R 1S 123C 19LB (35R - 44R - 57R)
    49R 1S 123C 27XB (28R - 37R - 49R)

    Position A: NORMAL General
    Position B: NORMAL General
    Position C: ANY General
Position D: BATTLE HARDENED General (Not needed if you have Cannons)

For the block, send A, B, and C right after each other. Wait until C reaches the red circle in the diagram above, then send D. This block is very tight if you do not have two Battle Hardened Generals in C and D, so beware of this!

    Camp 3: 100 Roughnecks, 50 Guard Dogs
BLOCKING NORMAL General A: 112S (160-280 seconds) (If C is a Normal General, do not use this block)
    BLOCKING NORMAL General A: 64S 135C (180-300 seconds, 0.4% chance of 160)
    BLOCKING NORMAL General A: 32S 74E (180-300 seconds)
    BLOCKING NORMAL General A: 102E (180-300 seconds)

    Camp 4: 50 Roughnecks, 60 Guard Dogs, 50 Rangers
    BLOCKING NORMAL General A: 7S 193C (180-260 seconds, ~7% chance of 160 seconds)
    BLOCKING NORMAL General A: 6E 193C (180-260 seconds, ~1.5% chance of 160 seconds)

    If you don't have Crossbows:
    Camp 5a: 99 Roughnecks, 100 Guard Dogs, 1 One-Eyed Bert
    ANY General C: 146R (146R) (20 or 40 seconds)
    Camp 5b: 71-82 Roughnecks, 1 One-Eyed Bert
    BATTLE HARDENED General D: 80R 1S 119LB (49R - 65R - 80R) (40 or 80 seconds)

    If you do have Crossbows:
    Camp 5a: 99 Roughnecks, 100 Guard Dogs, 1 One-Eyed Bert
    ANY General C: 116R (116R) (20 or 40 seconds)
    Camp 5b: 90-98 Roughnecks, 1 One-Eyed Bert
    BATTLE HARDENED General D: 92R 1S 107XB (60R - 78R - 92R) (30-40 or 60-80 seconds)
    BATTLE HARDENED General D: 95R 1M 1S 1B 1LB 101XB (61R - 78R - 95R) (30 or 60 seconds)

    If you have Cannoneers:
    ANY General C (no general D needed): 136R 15S 1E 48K (129R - 136R 6S - 136R 15S) (40 or 80 seconds)

Timing here is tight, but should be enough. Marching time is about 90 seconds, so you should avoid using the 112S block on Camp 3 if you only have one fast general.

    Garrison Position G2 (BLOCK):
    Position A: NORMAL General
    Position B: NORMAL General
    Position C: ANY General
    Position D: ANY General

Send all generals right after each other.

    Camp 6: 120 Roughnecks, 50 Rangers
    BLOCKING General A: 77S 117C (180-300 seconds, ~0.1% chance of 160 seconds)
    BLOCKING General A: 87E 67C (180-300 seconds)

    Camp 7: 120 Roughnecks, 50 Guard Dogs
    BLOCKING General B: 130S (180-300 seconds, ~0.6% chance of 160 seconds)
    BLOCKING General B: 119E (180 seconds)

    Camp 8 without Crossbows:
    Camp 8a: 80 Roughnecks, 50 Guard Dogs, 60 Rangers, 1 One-Eyed Bert
    ANY General C: 173R (173R) (20 or 40 seconds)
    Camp 8b: 24-38 Roughnecks, 60 Rangers, 1 One-Eyed Bert
    ANY General D: 47R 1S 75C 77LB (20R - 32R - 47R) (40 or 80 seconds)

    Camp 8 with Crossbows:
    Camp 8a: 80 Roughnecks, 50 Guard Dogs, 60 Rangers, 1 One-Eyed Bert
    ANY General C: 135R (135R) (20 or 40 seconds)
    Camp 8b: 47-58 Roughnecks, 60 Rangers, 1 One-Eyed Bert
    ANY General D: 63R 1S 75C 61XB (33R - 48R - 63R) (40 or 80 seconds)

If you have fast generals here, use them. With normal generals, the block has about a 10-second margin.

Now kill Camps 9 and 10. You may wish to save 10 until the end for your lootspotters to hit though. They have the same enemies as Camp 5 earlier.

    Garrison Position G3 (BLOCK):

    First, kill Trap T1:
    Trap T1: 100 Wolves
    5R 100S (5R)

    Position A: NORMAL General
    Position B: ANY General
Position C: BATTLE HARDENED General with Crossbows or ANY General with Cannoneers

Send all generals right after each other.

    Camp 11: 100 Roughnecks, 100 Rangers
    BLOCKING NORMAL General A: 53S 147C (180-300 seconds, ~0.2% chance of 160 seconds)
    BLOCKING NORMAL General A: 47E 149C (180-300 seconds, ~0.1% chance of 160 seconds)

Camp 12a: 155 Roughnecks, 40 Guard Dogs, 1 Metal Tooth
    ANY General B: 40C (40C) (10 or 20 seconds)
    Camp 12b: 155 Roughnecks, 1 Metal Tooth
    BATTLE HARDENED General C: 137S 63XB (110S - 123S - 137S) (60 seconds)
    ANY General C: 102S 98K (80S - 91S - 101S) (40 or 80 seconds)

If you don't have Crossbows, kill Camps 11 and 12 separately:

    Camp 11a: 100 Roughnecks, 100 Rangers
    149R (149R)
    Camp 11b: 47-60 Roughnecks, 100 Rangers
    83R 1S 116C (20R - 53R - 83R)

Camp 12a: 155 Roughnecks, 40 Guard Dogs, 1 Metal Tooth
    40C (40C)
    Camp 12b: 155 Roughnecks, 1 Metal Tooth
    85M 115B (85M 115B)
    Camp 12c: 142-154 Roughnecks
    124R (124R)
    Camp 12d: 96-120 Roughnecks
    148R 1S 51LB (75R - 115R - 148R)

    Garrison Position G4 (BLOCK):
    Position A: NORMAL General
    Position B: NORMAL General
    Position C: ANY General
Position D: BATTLE HARDENED General (not needed if you have Cannoneers)

For the block, send all generals right after each other.

    Camp 14: 100 Roughnecks, 100 Rangers
    BLOCKING NORMAL General A: 53S 147C (180-300 seconds, ~0.2% chance of 160 seconds)
    BLOCKING NORMAL General A: 47E 149C (180-300 seconds, ~0.1% chance of 160 seconds)

    Camp 13: 100 Roughnecks, 100 Guard Dogs
    BLOCKING NORMAL General B: 128S (180-280 seconds, ~0.4% chance of 160 seconds)
    BLOCKING NORMAL General B: 117E (180-280 seconds)

    Camp 15 without Crossbows:
    Camp 15a: 90 Roughnecks, 100 Guard Dogs, 1 Skunk, 1 One-Eyed Bert

    Camp 15b: 80-90 Roughnecks, 1 Skunk, 1 One-Eyed Bert
    BATTLE HARDENED General D: 86R 1S 113XB (55R - 72R - 86R) (40 seconds)

    Camp 15 with Cannons:
    Camp 15: 90 Roughnecks, 100 Guard Dogs, 1 Skunk, 1 One-Eyed Bert
    ANY General C (no General D needed): 124R 14S 1E 61K (113R - 124R 5S - 124R 14S) (40 or 80 seconds)

    Garrison Position G5:

    Garrison Position G1 (BLOCK):

If you do not want to use the block, kill Camps 1 and 2 one-by-one.

    Camp 1: 100 Cultists, 50 Shadowsneakers, 20 Dancing Dervishes
    115R 85S (99R - 111R - 115R)

Camp 2a: 50 Cultists, 50 Dark Priests, 1 Swamp Witch, 1 Dark High Priest
    112R 67C (112R 67C)
    154R 46C (154R 46C)
Camp 2b: 1 Swamp Witch, 1 Dark High Priest
    65R 18S 117LB (65R 6S - 65R 14S - 65R 17S)
    78R 1S 121XB (60R - 74R - 78R)

If you do want to use the block:
    Position A: NORMAL General
    Position B: ANY General

Send General A to Camp 1. Then, wait until General A reaches the EXACT spot shown in the diagram above, then send B. Do not hesitate, the block has about 3 seconds of spare time.

    Camp 1a: 100 Cultists, 50 Shadowsneakers, 20 Dancing Dervishes
    BLOCKING NORMAL General A: 1R (1R) (20 seconds)

Camp 2a: 50 Cultists, 50 Dark Priests, 1 Swamp Witch, 1 Dark High Priest
    ANY General B: 112R 67C (112R 67C)
    ANY General B: 154R 46C (154R 46C)

After doing the block once, wait four hours, and then do it again.

    Camp 1b: 100 Cultists, 50 Shadowsneakers, 20 Dancing Dervishes
    BLOCKING NORMAL General A: 1R (1R) (20 seconds)

Camp 2b: 1 Swamp Witch, 1 Dark High Priest
    ANY General B: 65R 18S 117LB (65R 6S - 65R 14S - 65R 17S)
    ANY General B: 78R 1S 121XB (60R - 74R - 78R)

The block is quite tight. General B has to march 5 flags (~17 seconds) through the red zone of Camp 1, leaving about 3 seconds of spare time.

    Garrison Position G2:

    From here, kill Camp 3:

    Without Crossbows:
Camp 3a: 100 Cultists, 50 Dark Priests, 1 Dark High Priest
    193R (193R)
Camp 3b: 0-13 Dark Priests, 1 Dark High Priest
    23R 1S 39C 137LB (20R - 22R - 23R)

    With Crossbows:
Camp 3a: 100 Cultists, 50 Dark Priests, 1 Dark High Priest
    198R 2B (198R 2B)
Camp 3b: 1 Dark High Priest
    200XB (0)

If you want full XP, kill Camp 4 before finishing the adventure.

    Camp 4: 80 Cultists, 40 Shadowsneakers, 40 Firedancers
    118R 82S (100R - 108R - 118R)

    Garrison Position G1 (OPTIONAL BLOCK):

If you do not want to use the block (probably recommended unless you are REALLY used to advanced blocking and timing), kill Camp 2, the traps, and Camp 3 one by one:

    Camp 2a: 100 Caltrops, 100 Petty Officers 2nd Class
    200R (200R)
    Camp 2b: 31-54 Petty Officers 2nd Class
    77R 52S (36R - 58R - 77R)

    Trap T3: 100 Caltrops
    25R 100S (7R - 16R - 25R)

    Trap T2: 200 Wolves
    13R 187S (13R)

    Trap T1: 200 Wolves
    13R 187S (13R)

Camp 3a: 1 Wild Mary, 1 Crazy Cook, 50 Gunmen, 50 Petty Officers 2nd Class
    187C (187C)
Camp 3b: 1 Wild Mary, 1 Crazy Cook, 29-32 Petty Officers 2nd Class
    28R 172C (28R 172C)
Camp 3c: 1 Wild Mary, 1 Crazy Cook
    126S 74LB (98S - 111S - 124S)
    74S 126XB (55S - 69S - 73S)
    70M 5S 125K (66M - 70M 2S - 70M 5S)

If you do want to use the block, the instructions are as follows. They must be followed TO THE LETTER. A fast general is REQUIRED for this block.

    Position A: NORMAL General
    Position B: ANY General
Position C: NORMAL General (optional, but suggested unless you want to wait 8 hours)
    Position D: BATTLE HARDENED General
Position E: NORMAL General (optional, but suggested if you want to avoid waiting 4 hours)
Position F: ANY General (optional, but suggested if you want to avoid waiting 4 hours)

For the first part of the block:

-Send General D (BHG) to Trap T1. He will be intercepted by Traps T3 and T2.
-When General D reaches the EXACT spot marked by a triangle in the diagram above, send Generals A and B right after each other. A goes to Camp 2 with 1R, B goes to Camp 3 with the first wave.
-Watch your generals VERY carefully, and if one gets intercepted, retreat all generals IMMEDIATELY (UNLESS your fast general is already on its way to Trap T1, in which case you should let it keep going and retreat the others, but make sure it isn't intercepted).

    Traps T3+T2+T1: 100 Caltrops (T3)+200 Wolves (T2)+200 Wolves (T1)
    BATTLE HARDENED General D: 61R 139S (36R - 47R - 61R)

Following the directions, send these generals:

    Camp 2a: 100 Caltrops, 100 Petty Officers 2nd Class
    BLOCKING NORMAL General A: 1R (1R) (20 seconds)

Camp 3a: 1 Wild Mary, 1 Crazy Cook, 50 Gunmen, 50 Petty Officers 2nd Class
    ANY General B: 187C (187C)

After doing this block, send Generals C and D right after each other, C carrying 1R, and D carrying a suicide wave for Camp 3. If you do not have four generals, you must wait for Generals A and B to recover, and use the block with them instead of C and D.

General D can now be ANY General.

    Camp 2b: 100 Caltrops, 100 Petty Officers 2nd Class
    BLOCKING NORMAL General C: 1R (1R) (20 seconds)

Camp 3b: 1 Wild Mary, 1 Crazy Cook, 29-32 Petty Officers 2nd Class
    ANY General D: 28R 172C (28R 172C)

Now, do the block again with E and F. If you do not have so many generals, wait for A and B to recover and use the block with them. E carries 1R, and F has the final wave for Camp 3.

    Camp 2c: 100 Caltrops, 100 Petty Officers 2nd Class
    BLOCKING NORMAL General E: 1R (1R) (20 seconds)

Camp 3c: 1 Wild Mary, 1 Crazy Cook
    ANY General F: 126S 74LB (98S - 111S - 124S)
    ANY General F: 74S 126XB (55S - 69S - 73S)
    ANY General F: 70M 5S 125K (66M - 70M 2S - 70M 5S)
