Just found this and it doesn't appear to be accurate. I just sold 5k hwp for 175c...you are quoting approx 20c/k...not even close. Water is selling at 5c/k ish...not 2c...and that's just two items...would you consider updating again as this type of list is a good idea to have. Thanks so much.
I was just talking with just_n he has said 2 things to me
1) he is updating the price lists today (right now actually) and
2) he plans to update them again

I have figured out why this happens sometimes. When the actual Price List spreadsheet does not load with the web page, it is because you have been logged out of your Google Account. Don't ask me why and I wish it didn't happen, but it's a small hiccup to deal with to keep this list efficient and beautiful.Originally Posted by MikeOkhertz

To answer a number of posts at once ...
Values of many TSO goods have changed abruptly recently. Unfortunately, this change happened during a break I took from the game.
I'm back in full swing, all TSO Price Lists will remain up to date and The Settlers Online Economy Guide, in general, will continue to grow.
Watch for new dynamic Value Calculations to be added in the near future.
