No REPLY TO HELP TICKET
I submitted a help ticket on may 4th got an auto email same day now it is may 7th and still have not heard nothing from any kind of support???? Support i would like a reply to me email addy i have on my profile so please at least send me something there so i know you at least you care about helping your customers. I just want an answer to the question i put a ticket in for!

Thanks for bringing this up. Some specific payment issues are only handled Monday - Friday when a supervisor is in the office. I'm sorry for your inconvenience.
