Quest Line Bugged -> Ranged Units -> Sub quest Missing-> other islands

The quest line Ranged Units appears to be bugged. I have completed the sub-quest Longbows (as image #1 shows) but the quest which is to be unlocked by completion, "other islands", has not appeared. I don't know if this is a problem with the Longbows sub-quest or something else. I'm lvl 35 and have built more than 150 longbow units as my Screenshot #2 shows. There doesn't appear to be a lvl requirement to unlock, I've met the requirements, but still nothing happens. I don't recall if upon completion of Longbows if I actually received the reward or not as it has been more than 3 weeks since completion, I noticed that this was a problem for some users.

At this point it's stalling my progression in the game.

Some help with this issue??

Greetings, Nutcracker17! The issue with this quest line is a known issue. The devs are aware and are working to resolve it. I do apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you very much for your patience while development works on a fix. Please keep an eye on the news feed and the forums for future patch notes which will indicate when a fix is implemented.
