Buffs are totally free things that you should take advantage of when you can. Let your friends buff you and it will last longer (1.5x longer than the normal buff would last). Buffing increases the output of something but does not use any more resources to make it. So if you buff your toolmaker, it will make twice as many tools, but still use the same amount of initial resources.

Must not believe in any prices of the stuffs in Trade Office. No trade offers can be called as a fair deal or a good deal. It depends on the circumstance.

Water wells do not take building deeds (but they do take people). So build wells whenever and wherever you can. They are cheap resources to build, and it gives you something that you can either trade or use for other things (like horses, bread, brew).

Do not build and rebuild gold ore mines ... it cost alot of resources, it is better to have one only or two tops at level 5 and keep adding gold ore deposit in it and with buffing it will greatly help. Do not forget to stop running your gold ore mine lvl 5 if it becomes low and you might be away for a while it is better to wait and get new ore deposit

have your production buildings set for optimum effect, you will get your resources faster

always have your geologist searching for deposits. They can find deposits for you and you can leave them unbuilt until needed. That way you can find all of your mines and stones/marble ahead of time, so when you run out, you can quickly rebuild and go again. When your mine has just 1-2 deposits left, tear it down to regain some of your resources.

Swaping adventure's lootspot is the best way that you can do with the lootspots.

spend lots of real money on gems and then buy everything w/ gems. (like the cool decorations!) you can trade gemstuffs for 3X the amount in GC!

Don't worry about producing everything - some items like iron swords - the resources used to make them can be sold for significantly more then the weapons themselves are worth. Run excess in goods that bring the most coin per hour and buy the rest.

Protip - most (a few are not) of the people on this thread are noobs and I can prove WHY their statement is wrong and inefficient if you whisper me.
