ProTip: When you see the blue text in chat then it's a good time to shut up, before you feel the wrath of the banhammer.

Place your store houses close to your mines and your poduction buildings close to (next to) your store houses.
All buildings entrances are positioned to the SE, so save your little workers travel time by placing buildings within 16-32 seconds transport distance.
This will reduce the time it takes to gather, smelt, bake your resources
Good hunting!
P.S. Oh and it saves on hunting time too

Protip - rebuilding gold mines (lvl 2 is the best if you plan to let them run out) is more efficient then using gold parrots.

ProTip: If quitting the game, be sure to show love to all who have helped you along the way by giving them your gear!
-
Keep your wells and fields in as few spots as possible, then you can quickly see at a glance which ones need to be replaced.

Although some believe that the fish platter (30 minute buff made with 10 fish in the provision house) is not worth it.
A level 3 fisherman pulls 3 fish approximately every 3.4 minutes.
If you double production using the fish platter buff you will get an extra 27 fish.
That's 270% production!!!
I say they are worth it... especially if you are playing a 30 minute adventure.
Good hunting!
P.S. Oh nd fishing too

Protip - outside of settlers for soldiers, only baskets, fishfood, and meat deposits should be made. Every other provision house product not worth the provision house time it takes. Also when buffing - only self-buff if you are trying to time buffs to end at a particular time.
-
Protip - most buildings have a 24s, 32s, 40s, 48s ect walk time. However mines and wells cover distances twice as fast. There is no 16s walk time for a regular building (only mines/wells)

being new to the game i found out that asking questions in help chat was a big help.. so dont be afraid to ask questions before doing anything...

I don't normally participate in this kind of thing, but after sifting through these responses, I couldn't find a single legit "pro-tip" in here (5/14 2:04pst); it's nothing but the most obvious advice every single player is aware of by day 3. Allow me..
1: Destroying a well or wheatfield shortly before it runs out will give you ~20-25% of the original building cost.
2: The Tavern is the biggest waste of building license in this game. Once you have 2-3 of each specialist they will cost thousands of gold coin. When you have saved up enough and are ready to buy another specialist, wait for a low level mine to run out, temporarily use that building license to make the tavern again, purchase the specialist, and tear it back down to rebuild your mine. Repeat when necessary.
