Hmmm thanks for pointing that out, was something that I never seen or realized. Play on words and I took it the wrong way.

your quest is broken. few hundred basket buffs used and it has counted 66.

More of the same "new" content with a different bow? I will give more of the "same" towards my gem accumulation.
******* **** AGAIN. 128 of 258 basket buffs used have registered for the quest.

Draconus2004, love your signature lol. I just had to comment.
Still around from time to time.
I was level 43 and decided against doing this chain quest after preview of the 9 subsequent subquests. Resource cost - and more importantly "time" cost - was greater than reward for me. I spent the time leveling to 44, and received 200 gems (50 less than chain reward) and 500 gc.
I enjoy the chance to do chain quests, but this particular one did not appeal to me.
I am on level 41, my second crisis quest includes earning 20 exotic wood through the long treasure search, and I've done this 3 or 4 times over now, and I still don't get credited being finished.... so frustrating!
I am totally ignoring this epic quest. I did not even bother to start it.
The rewards do not justify the costs.
It is not worth doing at my level (50).
P.S. Draconus2004, regarding your signature, I totally agree with you.
Happy Gaming Everyone !
I think what all the upper level players are missing here is that crisis quests are designed to make you do things you wouldn't normally do in the game. A quest chain that rewards you for playing the game exactly the way you want to play it anyway would be a waste of their time because it rewards you for status quo. That being said, some of the rewards to costs are excessively bad, especially for upper level players, but on the flip side 2500 gems or free buildings as a reward is never, I repeat, NEVER, going to happen. This game is a business, and giving away the products that make them money is a bad business strategy.
The crisis quests are designed to break up the monotony of playing this game, because let's be honest, if you don't play this game for the basic game play itself they will never be able to keep enough new content coming to keep you engaged and happy. So while yes, we would all love for them to release massive/exciting content upgrades every 4-5 months, unless you are spending a lot of money (i.e. $20 a month) to make that kind of investment worth it on Ubisoft's side, don't expect them to be investing their money in the game either.
just like everything else that has been added in the past several months this is a ridiculous waste of time. its obvious the dev dont play this game or the rewards wouldnt be so out of touch with the work/expense put into them
