    Perma-banned without an explanation

    This is hurting your income stream BB. I was permanently banned shortly after buying $100 worth of gems. I wasn't even given a reason. All I got was "You have been found to be in violation of 'The Settlers Online' Code of Conduct." It seems the mod had a bit too much anger pent up inside of him and decided to take it out on a poor, unsuspecting player.

    No warning, no second chances, straight perma-ban. I don't even know what I did wrong so I can't argue in my defense.

    Please fix this so I can give you more money, thanks. I know you guys love money, and I have plenty of it.

    Your best bet is likely to contact Support, they should be able to assist you further.

    I'm not criticizing but yesterday I did see you say you would troll etc. I mean we all troll, but maybe you said something that was unforgivable in BB's eyes?

    Wow. I wonder what he got banned for since buying $100 worth of gems doesnt' seem like that's bad. maybe I shouldnt' buy gems if its gonna get me banned.

    maybe you should lock this thread so others like me don't post to it. but im curious as what he did so I don't do it. lol.
