Unwanted instant complete with gems, and no confirm requestor?

Last night, I was experiencing some lag while connected on a small-screened device, and somehow the Barracks window opened under my cursor as I was trying to click something else. My click landed on the "instant complete with gems" button, and I bought a full stack of cav (somewhere close to 200 gems). This is totally not how I would choose to spend gems, :-), but hey, you pays your gems, you takes your chances.

But... Shouldn't there have been an "Are You Sure" requester? I have to click about five times to move a building, but only once to buy a stack of troops? Seems like a bug to me.
