No. Just have 1 copper smelter running. Without having tool makers or bronze weaponsmiths running. Just buff the Single Copper Smelter.
Actually, you need Bronze and Coal to run your Toolmakers, so you have to be 0 or better on Bronze while 1200 or better on Tools. Which requires a lot of Smelters.
At this point though you should have the 0 values anyways, and it's just a matter of maybe buffing your toolmakers.
I got thru several of these, but I always thought that "at least 0" means 0 or more. I just put everything to sleep, then woke them when the guest cleared.
If something can go wrong, it will.
what should i do in this quest
