A new building?

It looks like the Devs slipped us a new building... or did they? can anyone identify this building?
a AI building? a new adventure?
Or... no it couldn't be... PvP???
This building is not with the geologist science, but maybe the generals or explorers... naaaa they didn't give a building for the Geos...
The Devs will be giving us another Dev diary next week!

my bet is its a tower from a new adventure. Hopefully a good adv for the higher levels.
i hate adventures (lol funny, the game is full of them) i would prefer a economy version of an adventure. (you are given a blank island and you have to build buildings within a time limit and limited resources)
It is the Gold Tower. Home of Goldilocks a new NPC.
