Call Server Fail

Hello can't log in again Call Server Fail comes up

I never did get a chance to try out the test system because of this Now I cant get into the real game either.

Help Please

Try clearing your cache.
It's a good idea to do that before logging in after maintenance.

There are a few things to try to correct this situation.

1: Before logging into the game try clearing your cookie and cache files from the web browser you are using.
2: Try using another one of the supported web browsers for the game: Fire Fox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome.
3: Make sure you are using the currently available version of your web browser, as an older version may no longer be supported for the game.
4: Make sure you are using the most recent version of Adobe Flash. http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
5: Also try clearing your Flash cache files. You can find the steps on how to do this here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4278569

Please be aware that having multiple Flash applications at once will cause lag, server crashes, and flash crashes. Please try to limit the number of Flash based web applications you have running while trying to play the game to have the best experience. Such applications include YouTube, Pandora, and other Flash based games.

I get the same problem.

For some reason. Even after Clearing Cache/Cookies. I still get Call Server Fail. I only have Google Chrome and it works smoothly. So that is why I use it.
