Tech tree

With all the upcoming and current research and science I think we should add a building to show us our tech tree, and I thought, hey, why not a "tech-tree" that you build that would be very cheap so you can access your tech tree. I think this "tech-tree" should be a tree house with telescopes and such pointing out. What are your thoughts?

What you are asking is for a building or icon that you can click which would show you your tech tree for your geologists and the explores and generals (once the Dev's get that far)
