Guild Wars. Make a new guild locked only production. and different people can make different item.
I've been playing since the beginning also (and was one who threw a baby fit when Settlers V came out).
Although I am quite the newb at the online version it has the right lineage.
I have to agree with metalpuppet on one side:
...and on the other, I think you will do something unexpected for the great people who have toughed it out
and made it all worth it.
Like Free Silos for Everyone or 2 extra Islands but...
I would like to see a worker carrying bread from Settlers IV running around my Island dropping Gems
i hope a re-release of settlers 3
More of the same "new" content with a different bow? I will give more of the "same" towards my gem accumulation.
I completely agree. As far as prizes, I'll be happy with whatever you toss my way like usual. For those that are dreaming big 5k+ gems on a giveway, please. Where would they make their money then? I am a gem buyer, because I feel since I don't do a monthly fee on this game, I pay into the game once a year as an investment. So far, I have not been let down.
So thank you BB Staff on doing a good job, listening to us. I know it takes a long time to implement changes. I'll wait patiently. Keep up the good work. I think I'll go play another Settlers game in the meantime since I've done everything I can on this game for tonight.![]()

Why can't we have towers that shoot. Also get the settlers out of the buildings and fight .Boring not seeing them fight.
If I remember correctly with the very first/original version of Settlers (I've owned and played all of them except for the very last release--I didn't have a computer capable of running it at the time), there were up to four "characters" that players could potentially play against, with one sort of looking like a jester (or an evil jester?), another looking like a member of medieval female royalty and I honestly can't remember what the fourth character looked like now. Alternatively, on the (now long defunct) platform I used to play on, we had the option to play two human players against each other at the same time on the same computer (or also up against any AI/computer "player" with the maximum being up to four players in total--one could also play against multiples of each character (for example, in a two-player game one could potentially play against two of the same character, but each one treated "separately" within the game and assigned its own color as were the two main players--the first player I remember was always a cyan/light blue whereas the second player was always red and I believe the other two colors were yellow and a light purple (?)).
Anyway, when I saw the jester image, I was reminded of these wonderfully cartoony characters that came with the first game.Although, I doubt we may be seeing anything like that for the anniversary, I still have very fond memories of the game that started it all (along with many of the earlier games--as they didn't just have a fun sense of humor about them, but a real personality that helped them to stand out from many of the other games that were around back then).

The settlers will all come together at the center of each island and while there perform a ritual that will cause all islands to implode to the center, causing a huge chain reaction that will eventually surpass the boundaries of the electronic network called the internet and slowly drawing in all those surrounding areas of the world pressing all of the galaxies into a miniscule subatomic new universe. Thus ending/beginning the tales of the multiverse.
