How to play game ?

How we play game if we cant load the main page its BS make the other page for event or get a new server so we get lag free game it take almost 3 hours to me to load the main page clear cookies cashe unable fire wall and still cant load the thing only this game is irritating me atm while other games working great fix it or if this problem still resist i step away to quit
