Hello,
About an hour ago I got kicked out of the Ares server. Now I can't start it anymore.
When loading map, I get message: Server Zone Crash: An error was detected on this zone. Please try again.
Tried reloading, refreshing, restarting browser, clearing cache, etc, etc... still nothing.
What can I do?
Have not had any problems before. PLEASE HELP!!

done... I hoped there was a quick fix without waiting to hear from them... thank you anyway.
How fast will they be able to fix the problem? I'm missing valuable playing time especially with the event going on.

Well... no response on my ticket, but I can enter the server again.... so... Thank you BB
im having a problem loading another players map the screen freezes and i end up having to refresh
and it still doesnt let me load another players map
Chris, there is currently an issue that can sometimes affect lower level players attempting to visit higher level players. They are working on a fix for this and there is already a version of the fix on our test server. Thank you for your patience while the developers work to resolve this issue. If a lower level player attempts to visit the island of a higher level player who has anything queued in Barracks or Provisions House that they are not high enough level to produce themselves, then the will not be able to load the map.Originally Posted by BB_Effiluna

I keep getting a loading zone error when trying to visit a guild mate. he is same lvl as I am. I suspect he cannot sign on either
