our percentage isn't rising, we are unable to donate balloons, a pop up tells us the we are at a 100% but on the ranking we are getting lower and lower. there seems to be something wrong. hope that doesn't influence the gems we receive.

Yep. So if the Germans got a head start, the time should have been regulated by region so we all get the same opportunity to reach the target.
Many like me that donated over 100k just kept feeding the monster resource. It seems odd that the pop-up said we reached our target but people are saying we did not, What happened? I just logged on and still have some balloons but can't donate them. Will they get deleted? The quest is still active so not sure what they're for if phase one is over.
So tonight I try to finish the quests chain that you give us, and I can't even finish the quest chain because we can't donate anymore because you turned it off!!! I finish the Old ruins quest, and then it says, donate 10 Balloons. Sorry, BB turned that off. Then why have quests posted if they are really useless to us?????? Consider what we get for the troop losses, we get a measly 10 balloons??? I should have just done some normal adventure and at least gotten some loot for all the work of doing the adventure. XP doesn't grow your island or help replace your troop looses. And you wonder why people are not staying with the game ....... : ( !
