Balloons will still be the thing to collect in the phase 2 of this event..the ones already dontated will not count. When phase 2 starts we will all be at 0 donated and then it is collecting and dontateing 100%, 150% 200%..thats the way it states it in the main page about the event. The reason they are shut down in the provision house is so no server can get an unfair advantage by stockpiling balloons, however with that said we are stockpiling res to convert as soon as it is allowed. Once the pairing of servers is done and they reactivate the donate and create functions the game is on to reach 200% first.
well as long as they don't pair us off with ares and the Greek sever we might get there

If this is the case then why are we dropping in rank and others moving up? Because the balloons are still being tallied somehow

I have sent a support ticket in for an explanation and am waiting for an answer as to why we keep dropping in rank. Here is what I sent in..
We on the usa1 server have been told for 2 days we have reached the quota and could no longer make or donate balloons. We were in 16th place when this happened on Friday night and since then we have dropped to 22nd place. Please explain how this is possible to complete the 1st phase in 16th place and then drop down after completion.
We will see what they say.
