On the german settlers page is mentioned that the current rankings do not represent the speed of reaching 100% or the amount of balloons which were donated. They want to show a correct ranking with the start of phase 2. Phase 2 should start between 9:00am and 9:30am CEST after a server restart.
I'm wondering how I'm supposed to finish the event quest line when I can't donate balloons for the last part of it.
