Never received "Hero Wanted" Adventure for Balloon Quest

Since I was given the Hero Wanted Quest yesterday, I have not received the Adventure to complete the quest in my Star Menu. I have refreshed the game multiple times since others that have experienced similar issues have recommended that, but to no avail. After over twenty refreshes, the Adventure has not appeared.

Any ideas on how I can correct this issue?
