Geologist 3 hours 42 minutes into coal search STARTS OVER without completion

Sent GEO out to find coal. Returned to the PC some time later, noted I had only 18 minutes left in the search. Yay and Happiness, as I needed to send him for a quick copper hunt and then on to Iron. My PC stalled (or the game, not sure which) and when I finally got back in the search was only 5 minutes in -- I had lost over 3 hours. All else (mine usage, buffs, etc.) were unaffected by the reboot.

Please fix this!!!

Good luck with that. I've had this same issue with explorers since October, 2012. The responses I have received, when I send the tickets in is: Were now aware of the problem and have notified the development team. They have however managed to fix the problem with me not being able to post on the forums. Must have just done this because I wasn't able to a couple of days ago.

I've been having the same problem. I send my geos out to look for coal, log out of the game and go about my daily business, then log back in around the time they should be coming back only to find their clocks have restarted and no new coal deposits were found.
